Order Cancellation
We understand that mistakes can happen! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Cancellation Timing: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if your order is processed or shipped within 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your order by contacting us via sales@krishtaclothing.com with your order number and request to cancel.
Cancellation and Modification for Personalized orders: Once an order for personalized products has been placed and involves any form of customization, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure all details, including customizations, are correct before finalizing your order. We are unable to accommodate changes after the order has been submitted.
Cancellation of International orders: Once an international order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns only on the damaged or incorrect items.
Return Window: If you receive an item that is damaged or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at CONTACT NO. AND EMAIL ID. With in 3 business days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Certain products, such as any non-returnable items, e.g., personal care products, custom items or personalized products, are not eligible for returns. In case of cancellation post order dispatch, the personalised product cost + shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your request in a timely manner. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item, usually within 5–7 business days
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
Shipping Costs & Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Cancellation after dispatch incurs, the shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be applicable
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as items returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at sales@krishtaclothing.com AND +91-7790842501. and we will be happy to assist you.
The buyer or recipient must notify us of any damaged or incorrect products within 3 days of receiving the goods. For customers claiming missing items or damaged products, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. The customer is required to share the complete video with us via email at sales@krishtaclothing.com.
